Responsibilities:
Looking for Technical Support Associates who is expertise in taking inbound client services calls for website edits/general questions. Work on cases within Salesforce to resolve website-related issues/requests, performing QA on website edit work.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Advanced English Fluency.
- Effective Multi-tasker.
- Website editing experience is a plus.
- Ideally 1-3 years of Customer Service experience.
- Have experience in taking Inbound and Outbound International calls.
