Experience: 1-3 years

Responsibilities:
Looking for Technical Support Associates who is expertise in taking inbound client services calls for website edits/general questions. Work on cases within Salesforce to resolve website-related issues/requests, performing QA on website edit work.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Advanced English Fluency.
  • Effective Multi-tasker.
  • Website editing experience is a plus.
  • Ideally 1-3 years of Customer Service experience.
  • Have experience in taking Inbound and Outbound International calls.
