We are looking for a dynamic AR Caller to join our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling accounts receivable calls to insurance companies, resolving claim issues, and ensuring timely payment collection.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to insurance companies to follow up on outstanding claims.
• Analyze and resolve denials, rejections, and payment delays.
• Update claim status and take corrective actions as required.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all follow-up activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams for claim escalations and reprocessing.
• Meet daily and weekly productivity targets for calls and collections.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 1–3 years of experience in AR Calling – RCM (Healthcare).
• Good understanding of US healthcare billing, claims, EOBs, and denials.
• Excellent verbal communication skills (neutral or US accent preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and medical billing software (e.g., Athena, NextGen, or similar).
