We are seeking a high-energy Senior Technical Recruiter to lead end-to-end talent acquisition for our US-based clients. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging top-tier IT and Engineering professionals (USC/GC) using advanced sourcing strategies. This role requires a “hunter” mindset, a deep understanding of US work authorizations, and the ability to thrive in a metrics-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Execute the complete recruitment lifecycle, from initial intake meetings with hiring managers to offer negotiation and pre-onboarding.
- Advanced Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter (Expert Level), JobDiva, and niche engineering platforms to build pipelines for passive “purple squirrel” candidates.
- Strategic Vetting: Conduct rigorous technical and behavioral interviews to ensure candidates align with both technical requirements and client culture.
- Client & VMS Management: Manage requirements coming through Direct Clients and Vendor Management Systems (VMS), ensuring high submittal-to-interview ratios.
- Compliance & Intelligence: Maintain expert knowledge of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and work authorizations. Stay ahead of US tech industry trends and salary benchmarks.
- Data Integrity: Maintain meticulous records in the ATS (JobDiva) and provide weekly reports on sourcing funnels, conversion rates, and time-to-fill metrics.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years of proven success in US Technical Recruitment, specifically within IT, Engineering, Healthcare, or Utilities.
- Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter (Boolean search, projects, and pipeline management) and ATS platforms like JobDiva.
- Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of recruiting US Citizens (USC) and Green Card (GC) holders.
- Communication: Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills—capable of engaging with senior US-based stakeholders.
- Operational Excellence: Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while remaining metrics-oriented and consistent in hitting submittal targets.
Preferred Skills
- Experience handling Direct Client accounts.
- Familiarity with High-Tech or Engineering-specific sourcing tools (e.g., GitHub, Stack Overflow, or specialized engineering boards).
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote/hybrid capacity while maintaining high productivity.
